We accept refunds/returns if the product(s) is unused and in a re-sellable condition in its original packaging. Item(s) must then be delivered back to us within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund you must contact the crew via email at sales@ahoyshipmate.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If more than 14 days have past since you’ve received your purchase and you haven’t contacted us, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

It will take approximately 10/15 days for you to receive your purchase. The delivery process will either be done by Royal Mail/parcel courier.
